Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 24-hour free trial for new customers to test our mobile proxy services. During this trial period:

  • You have full access to our Basic plan features
  • No charges are made during the trial period
  • You can cancel anytime without being charged
  • Payment method is required but not charged until trial ends

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with our mobile proxy service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of your initial payment
  • Service issues must be reported and unresolved despite our support efforts
  • Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests must be made through official support channels

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@proxylegion.com
  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund request
  3. Allow our team to attempt resolution of any technical issues
  4. If issues cannot be resolved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Account suspension or termination due to misuse
  • Partial month usage after services have been provided
  • Change of mind after successful service delivery
  • Refund requests made after 7 days from initial payment
  • Services used for prohibited or illegal activities

5. Service Credits

In cases of extended service outages or technical issues that significantly impact service quality, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:

  • Credits are applied to your account for future use
  • Credit amount is proportional to the service disruption
  • Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
  • Credits cannot be converted to cash refunds

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access your account dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Contact support at support@proxylegion.com
  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is provided for the remaining time in the current period
  • Account access is removed at the end of the billing cycle

7. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider:

  • Please contact us first to resolve the issue directly
  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
  • We will provide documentation to support legitimate charges
  • Account may be reinstated once dispute is resolved

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Force Majeure

In cases of service unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide appropriate remedies:

  • Natural disasters: Service credits or refunds for extended outages
  • ISP outages: Proportional service credits based on downtime
  • Government regulations: Full refund if service becomes illegal in your region
  • Third-party failures: Service credits for provider-related issues

11. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis:

  • Service degradation affecting more than 50% of your billing period
  • Documented technical issues unresolved for over 48 hours
  • Unauthorized account access resulting in service disruption
  • Plan downgrade within 48 hours of upgrade

Partial refunds are calculated based on unused service time and the severity of the issue.

12. Refund Documentation

To expedite your refund request, please provide:

  • Your account email address
  • Order/subscription ID from your billing dashboard
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
  • Steps you've taken to resolve the issue
