• IP rotation capabilities
• Dashboard management tools
• Customer support

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of laws
• Harassment, spam, or abuse of others
• Accessing systems without authorization
• Distributing malware or conducting cyber attacks
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Activities that may damage our infrastructure

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information

5. Payment and Billing

• All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Past due accounts may be suspended or terminated
• No refunds for partial month usage unless stated in our Refund Policy

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxy Legion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use our services for prohibited activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Provide false or misleading information

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by Proxy Legion and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Fair Use Policy

To ensure quality service for all users, we implement a fair use policy:

• Bandwidth limits: Reasonable usage as per your plan specifications
• Connection limits: Maximum concurrent connections to prevent abuse
• Rotation limits: 10 IP rotations per hour per proxy
• Resource sharing: No monopolization of shared infrastructure

Users exceeding fair use limits may be contacted to discuss usage patterns or upgrade plans.

14. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to provide reliable service with the following targets:

• Uptime: 99.5% monthly uptime target
• Response time: Support inquiries answered within 24 hours
• Connection speed: Mobile carrier speeds (varies by network)
• IP rotation: Successful rotation within 30 seconds

SLA credits may be provided for significant service level breaches as outlined in our Refund Policy.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
• SPECIFIC IP LOCATIONS OR CARRIER NETWORKS
• COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL WEBSITES OR SERVICES

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Proxy Legion, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any illegal or unauthorized use of our services

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact our support team first
2. Mediation: Attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Bulgarian law if mediation fails
4. Class Action Waiver: No class action lawsuits permitted

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Service or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms to any affiliate or successor entity.
